Before this work, I spent years in hospice care, pouring so much of myself into others that I ended up completely burned out—running on empty and feeling disconnected from my life.
I remember waking up exhausted, moving through my days on autopilot, and feeling like I had lost touch with myself somewhere along the way. I kept trying to push through, but nothing really changed.
Breathwork became my lifeline. It gave me a way to release what my body had been holding, regulate what I was feeling, and reconnect with myself in a way I hadn’t been able to before.

Yes, I offer both.
Virtual sessions are just as guided and supportive as in-person ones. You’ll join from a quiet, comfortable space in your home, and I’ll walk you through the entire process so you’re never left wondering what to do.
Many clients are surprised by how much they’re able to relax and feel a noticeable shift—even in a virtual setting.
In-person sessions are coming soon if you prefer that experience.
Each session follows a similar structure, but your experience will feel different depending on what your body needs that day.
What stays consistent is that you’ll be guided the entire time, with space to move at your own pace. You’re never pushed into anything intense or expected to have a certain kind of experience.
Some sessions feel more calming and grounding. Others may help you release deeper tension or emotions. Both are part of how your body processes and lets go of what it’s been holding.
Each session is guided and designed to help your body safely come out of that constant “on” state.
You’ll be lying down or sitting comfortably while I walk you through a specific breathing pattern. You may start to notice physical shifts like your breath deepening, your shoulders softening, or tension releasing in areas where you’ve been holding it.
Some sessions feel calm and grounding. Others may bring up emotions or sensations that your body is ready to process and release. You don’t have to force anything or figure it out. I’m there to guide you the entire time.
Most people leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more relaxed in their body than when they started.
For some people, it can feel that way, but that’s not how I lead my sessions.
This work is rooted in the nervous system and how the body stores and releases stress. There’s nothing you need to believe or “buy into” for it to work.
What matters most is creating a safe space for your body to process what it’s been holding so you can feel a real, noticeable shift.
