Full Moon Meditation

Each full moon invites us to pause, breathe, and reconnect with what matters most. It’s a potent time for shedding what no longer serves, setting intentions rooted in truth, and illuminating the path forward with gentle clarity.

Join me each month for a Full Moon Meditation - a 90-minute experience that includes a guided meditation and guided journaling to support your nervous system, nourish your spirit, and reconnect you with your body’s wisdom.

Each gathering is rooted in three core intentions:
» Release: Let go of what’s heavy, stuck, or outdated
» Manifest: Anchor into soul-led desires and next steps
» Clarity: Create space for insight, embodiment, and peace

Each session is thoughtfully attuned to the energy and theme of that month’s full moon, creating a rhythm of seasonal reflection, grounded self-inquiry, and somatic connection.

A Monthly Space for Release, Manifestation & Clarity

You’ll be guided through a brief lunar teaching and intention setting, followed by a calming meditation and visualization designed to support inner clarity. We’ll move into gentle reflection and close with space for integration and community connection.

Bring a journal, wear something cozy, and feel free to bring any comfort items like a blanket or pillow. No prior experience needed - all are welcome. This is your invitation to come home to yourself each month - to reflect, reset, and remember.

Recordings will be sent within 24-hours after the session and are available for 30 days.

90-minute group experience

Gentle Breathwork + Guided Meditation

📍 virtual via zoom

Sundays 1PM CST + Thursdays 7PM CST

This 90-minute virtual session is designed to support your nervous system through gentle, science-backed practices that promote emotional regulation, stress relief, and deeper connection to self.

You’ll be guided through somatic-based breathwork (no activating breath), embodied meditation, and practices that help you reconnect to your body in a safe and supported way. No prior experience with breathwork or meditation is needed - this space is intentionally slow, spacious, and beginner-friendly.


This is for you if:

  • You’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from yourself.

  • You’re looking for a way to calm your stress response and reconnect with yourself - without forcing or pushing through (nervous system reset).

  • You want space to slow down, let go, and just be - without needing to explain yourself or show up a certain way.


Session includes:

  • Somatic check-in & grounding.

  • Guided breathwork using gentle circular breath.

  • Nervous system-informed guided meditation.

  • Embodiment practices to support emotional release and regulation.

  • Optional sharing + space for community connection.

What to Expect

This is a 90-minute virtual session held live on Zoom, cameras are optional. Before the session starts take some time to create a cozy, quiet space where you can truly unwind. Dim the lights, grab a blanket, and make sure your phone is silenced or set aside to minimize interruptions. Dress comfortably, have water nearby, and bring a journal and pen for optional reflection at the end. Headphones are encouraged to enhance the sound quality and help you stay present with the guidance and music throughout.

At the end of the session, you’ll have time to integrate quietly, followed by space for optional sharing and gentle connection with the group. Everything in this space is consent-led and invitational - there’s no pressure to participate in any specific way. You’re invited to listen to your body, honor your pace, and know that support is available afterward if anything arises you'd like to process further.

This 90-minute virtual Somatic Breathwork Journey is a trauma-informed space designed to help you reconnect with your body, release stored emotion, and regulate your nervous system through gentle, rhythmic breathing. This isn’t about just doing breathwork - it’s about feeling into it, and allowing your body to lead.

You’ll be guided through an intentional process that includes nervous system education, grounding, and a conscious breath journey supported by music, presence, and integration. Somatic Breathwork helps soften internal patterns shaped by stress or trauma, inviting greater clarity, safety, and emotional ease. No prior experience is needed - the session is beginner-friendly, spacious, and deeply supportive.


This is for you if:

  • You’re tired of feeling like you have to hold it all together and want space to feel without judgment.

  • You’ve been seeking a practice that helps you feel safe in your body - not just in your thoughts.

  • You’re craving emotional release or regulation but don’t want to talk through every detail.


Session includes:

  • Supportive music and verbal cues (neurolinguistic programming) to guide your experience.

  • Compassionate witnessing and presence throughout the session.

  • Time for gentle integration with journaling, stillness, or reflection.
