Somatic Breathwork is a body-based healing experience that reconnects you with the innate wisdom within. The word somatic means “relating to the body” and that’s exactly where we go. Not through the thinking mind, but into the felt experience of your breath, your heartbeat, your presence. This sacred practice guides you to release what’s been held - emotions, tension, old stories - and clears space for clarity, self-trust, and empowerment to rise.

Whether we meet virtually or in my calming home space, your session is a sacred container. You’ll be lovingly guided through a breath journey tailored to your body, your energy, and your intentions. This is not about “fixing” you - because you’re not broken. It’s about meeting yourself fully, with compassion and breath-led awareness, so that your body can naturally return to its balanced state.
Sessions are 60 or 90 minutes - depending on what feels nourishing to you.
